Have a question about a certain device and if it works with Hue and iConnectHue? We already answer this on the Supported devices page. Please check this page – we will usually not answer questions like this except for new devices.

For TECHNICAL ISSUES (when something is not working as expected), please send your message via the app instead, not via this form! Select “Contact” from the menu, then “I have a problem”, preferably after they happened on the device where it happened – otherwise I may not be able to help you. You will in such a case always be asked to use the app contact function even if you send your text via this form!
