Which devices will work?

Please have a look at the Supported devices page. If your device is not listed, it may not work – and we will usually not answer questions about them this except for new devices.

Technical issues

When something is not working as expected, please send your message via the app instead, not via this form!
Select “Contact” from the menu, then “I have a problem”, preferably after the issue happened on the device where it happened – otherwise we may not be able to help you. Even if you write us here then, in such a case you will always be asked to use the app contact function.
