How to turn on, off, or toggle a light
In this example, we’ll explain how you can set up an action in Apple’s Shortcuts app to turn on, off, or toggle a Philips Hue light.
Tap on “Toggle a light”.
Tap on Light and now you can choose a lamp of your choice.
Tap on ‘action’ and now you can choose whether you want to turn on, turn off, or toggle the lamp.
If you want to rename your command, go to “Toggle a light” at the top.
Go to ‘rename’ and give your command a different name and that’s it, now you can use your new shortcut.
